Browse and view your generated Swift project files - 10x

As 10x writes your app, a file explorer sidebar on the right side of the preview panel updates in real time. It shows a VS Code-style tree of every file the AI has created — organized into folders like Views/ and Models/ — so you can see exactly what was generated and read the source at any point.

Browsing files

Click any file in the tree to view its contents. Swift files render with syntax highlighting. Non-Swift files such as project.yml display as plain text. The sidebar lists files as the AI writes them, so you can watch the project take shape during a build.

Where files live on disk

10x writes your project to:

project.yml — the XcodeGen spec that describes the Xcode project structure
{TargetName}.xcodeproj/ — the Xcode project generated from project.yml
DerivedData/ — local build artifacts created when you run a Simulator preview

Finding the project folder

The file path for your project appears at the bottom of the preview panel when files are ready. You can:

Select and copy the path directly from the panel
Click Show in Finder to open the project folder in Finder

Use Show in Finder to quickly access assets, drag files into other apps, or open the folder in a terminal.
